Lisa and Scott's sweet baby boy was born on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 10:37 pm in Crouse Irving Hospital, Syracuse, New York.
His proud, loving parents admired the size of his hands and his strong mighty "roar" and were amazed as he became calm when he heard his mother's voice say, "Jameson, I love you!"

Over the course of two days, Lisa, Scott and both sets of grandparents were able to spend tender moments with him in prayer, bible reading, story time and planning for the future (like getting Jameson's dog of choice at the age of three, Jameson hunting with his father, and Jameson possibly playing the piano).
However, two days after his birth, Jameson had heart surgery for a severe heart defect at Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong Memorial in Rochester, New York. Shortly after surgery, Jameson went to his eternal home in Heaven with his Heavenly Father and sister Melissa. Lisa and Scott long to see and hold Jameson again in Heaven one day.

......Jesus Love Me .....Always in our thoughts
.....Missing you .....Ever lasting love .....Sent from above .....Our hearts are now broken .....Never forgotten
Like an anchor holding a ship safely in position, our hope in Christ guarantees our safety. Whereas the ship's anchor goes down to the ocean bed, the Christian's anchor goes up into the true Heavenly sanctuary, where he is secured to God Himself (the source of reassurance).

God, Take This Child....
Sweet child whom we never really got to know, It’s hard for us to let you go. We waited and we wanted you. We had so many dreams for you.
We think of smiles we'll never see. We think of events that will never be. There will be no first steps and no first teeth. There is only a void and our own grief.
We planned to take you to places far and near. We yearned to keep you safe and free from fear. We hoped to show you much of your new world. We wanted to teach you as your life unfurled.
It’s hard to understand why you, our baby, died. We feel so numb right now, many tears we’ve cried. We have so many questions and no answers seem to come. We tried so hard to save you; nothing could be done.
God, we stand before you broken-hearted and ask you to heal these lives that must be parted from this little one we can no longer hold, who will always be a part of us, even when we're old.)
God, take this child in your loving arms. No more can he suffer any harm. Bless him always and bless us too. Be with us and help us to make it through. Author Unknown

 Our Mom Is A Survivor
Our Mom is a survivor, or so we've heard it said. But we can hear her crying at night when all others are in bed.
We watch her lay awake at night and go to hold her hand. She doesn't know we're with her to help her understand.
But like the sands on the beach that never wash away... We watch over our surviving mom, who thinks of us each day.
She wears a smile for others... a smile of disguise! But through Heaven's door we see tears flowing from her eyes.
Our mom tries to cope with death to keep our memory alive. But anyone who knows her knows it is her way to survive.
As we watch over our surviving mom through Heaven's open door... we try to tell her that angels protect us forevermore.
We know that doesn't help her... or ease the burden she bears. So if you get a chance, go visit her... and show her that you care.
For no matter what she says... no matter what she feels. Our surviving mom has a broken heart that time won't ever heal.

THERE IS NO PAIN GREATER THEN THE DEATH OF A CHILD

Don`t cry
Mommy and Daddy don't cry for me. To walk the earth was not meant to be. I'm in God's house you see. I watch over you every day.
I know that you love me in a very special way. You wanted me to be healthy and whole, So you had to let me go.
You will get to see me every day As you look at the children who past your way.
I may be the little boy with the dimple in his chin Or the little girl with the golden curl.
You will know what you did is right Because When you look in the sky on a clear star filled night,
I will be the star that is shining so bright. I love you Mommy and Daddy good night.

A special thanks to Lisa and Scott's family and friends who have been there with them during these difficult times. Please pray that they will continue to have the strength needed to face each new day.

Light a candle for those we mourn. Into a new life they will be born. Do not look for them at the gravesite. They are somewhere else radiating their beautiful light. They have gone to a new world where there is no darkness, no pain. Their light and essence will always remain. Light a candle for those who have left this mortal place. They are free to travel through time and space. When we think of them, they are near. When we sit in a beautiful garden. Their voices we hear. When we listen to a divine symphony, We close our eyes, their faces we see. Light a candle for they have not really gone. With each flickering flame, in your hearts they will always belong.
